Diesel is in short supply in the US because we export it. so just how is it to lower prices here if we are exporting it from Russia to the world . Likely it does not meet the quality standards for the US anyway. But when it changes hands someone makes money. It’s one thing to allow them to export it, but totally different when we are the importer.
