I have to say that I am not against these actions so far as I have seen.

What remains is just what happens next ?
I somehow see great opportunity for corruption.

VZ has the largest oil reserves in the world.
That should say enough by itself.

The big risk is putting together a new government that has support of the people or risk civil war.
The US has a terrible record for this.

I suspect this whole operation is a pet project for Rubio.
But we will see how this plays out. As I mentioned before, this is more about Oil and Cuba.
I just hope the focus of ‘the people’ stays strong.

Just some background on all the oil VZ has in reserves, untapped.
Yes it is thick heavy oil. Much like, but not as bad as the thick tar sands oil in CA.

The problem with that is that there are a limited amount of refineries that can refine it.
Not a problem in TX as shown by the pipeline built to get it from where it was in CA to refineries in TX and shipping the refined product to much of South America. That thick oil brings about 20% less than light sweet crude, so the margins are much higher to refine it. And perhaps that explains to some of you why the XL2 pipeline was so important to CA oil co’s.

So for big US oil, they can use existing ports that export, to import and refine this until the same kind of refineries can be built in VZ.

No doubt they will be owned by big US oil.

But they have to have a favorable government first.
At least 3 years to play out measurably. Stable ?

So, it does just depend on what kind of government gets to exist. You must pay attention to the events that follow.

Epstein files and a special prosecutor…

This was the law that would have permitted a three judge panel to appoint a special prosecutor. And could have been requested by congress.

I would say that if there is a veto-proof majority in congress, it could be re-instated. The odds ?

Only public outcry will get it done. The sooner the better.

And the Epstein files are still there waiting to come out.

And as these facts start to leak out,
The victims lawyers are able to build their own cases with the eventual pieces that come out and seem of little relevance by themselves. But the victims can add all the context needed.

The key to the rest is the banking records and all the money changing hands.

To show how inept the DOJ has been, the SDNY was about to possibly release the over 1M ‘records’ they hold (which could be over 5M documents) the DOJ suddenly ‘discovered’ them.

While I am sure this is not going away,
I can only hope it becomes complete enough to get everyone involved, and that is going to be pretty far reaching if they don’t stop as people perhaps get tired of hearing of it.
And a lot of rich powerful people are in for the ride of their life.

And the corruption that just the information can generate will be a bit smaller. For if it is not brought to light, it will be used in corrupting ways.
It would not end, but continue to operate with even more energy.
It’s about control.

Maxwell should be in fear for her life. By the actual pedo’s. Same as Epstein.

I have felt the only reason they moved her to minimum security was the easier access.

But it may be her testimony, if worth anything at all, will not be needed.

A federal judge may end up appointing a special council in the end.
I see no other immediate remedy except for that in the next 90 days.

With the conflict of interest in the DOJ, it’s the only thing that makes any sense.

There is 10 lbs more shit here than the DOJ can stuff in their 5 lb bag. It’s going to be funny, ugly and stinky.

You only need to ask yourself if you enjoy having most of the richest and most powerful among us to be controlled by a few people.

It is the corrupted system used in Russia. Which is where this originated.

So this will head to court. Probably several cases.

Invest in AI ?

The money in AI is not in AI.

It is in the hyped up thoughts it perpetuates in the eyes of the greedy investor.

Most of the money made in it will be in building out the infrastructure which includes power generation required.

When it is finally built 3+ years from now, it will not actually do much.
A cure looking for a disease.
That is not to say it won’t do anything, but not what was expected. It’s just over-hype.

Investors who know nothing about it are sold a bill of goods, have expectations that are far from realistic.

The money is in the build-out. It’s a game I may play along with for a short time.
I am not quite convinced it will actually start just yet. Not that AI will not have uses. But all that is dazzling to most with no understanding of it is not actually AI.

But if all would be true… small biz would be able to compete on scale with the big boys with AI now wouldn’t it.
AI may replace medial trivial data handling jobs that pay little now.

It will enhance existing jobs if it is played correctly. Think engineering. Yea, that could cost some engineers jobs because the trivial parts of execution can be replaced.
One engineer does not do it all.
CAD programs replaced a bunch of engineers in the past 30 years. Not any different.

AI does not create anything new, just copy from data you feed it it, reassemble it in a new way, which normally came from someone else at it’s root.

The money is still in the new methods and that still comes from a human. Because only a human can imagine an idea and proceed to find a way. Computers and AI? making it faster.

Going to create a lot of legal jobs as it moves forward.

Right now it is just a idea drawing investor money. Meaning, it is ripe for being taken advantage of. And it is and will continue. Till it can’t. That is the sound of a bubble bursting. All things are eventually realized even if they are not fully understood.
