If their guy wins, he will cancel out her signature on the discharge petition as they avoid a full vote.
But are they counting their cards correctly that just one may not flip on them ?
We will see but not seating a congress person must have a penalty going forward.
Can’t be any reason to not seat in less than 30 days or less of certification.
A federal judge must also have the power to swear her in.
The next house has their work cut out for them to fix much of this shit.
Who would have thought the lack of rules would be a problem.
Could also be a issue for republicans if house flips, even before the next election.
So, now all eyes on TN in a few weeks.
But that also means the government shutdown will last till then and congress will not be in session.
I’m kinda thinking one or more republicans will break the ice before then and just sign the dam thing.
