From the use of glide bombs and other aviation weapons by Ukraine behind the lines and in Russia proper,
Russia will need to move important assets far behind the lines.
It’s not clear how they got the intel on location of some of these warehouses that never had much visible action, but likely they know when a satellite is overhead, but I doubt they are considering the Japanese SAR system they are now using. You will have to look that one up for yourself.
But we can guess the location of many of these may be by direct personal intel if no other means can be pinpointed. Due to the number of them with exact precision, this is really doubtful.
But they are loosing so many key materials very quickly, despite that, a lack of any announcements from either side. And these have an immediate impact on any Russian summer offensive.
The tide seems to be turning quite quickly as Russia runs out of assets and UA gets to use home grown weapons and those that the west have donated together in coordinated methods of their own.
While Ukraine may not be able to withstand a year of war like this, Russia can not take 6 months of it. And the EU is going to further sanction Russia no matter what the US does.
This is not a linear escalation. The more they defeat Russia behind the line, the faster the pace will be as they are less able to do anything about it.
So, Crimea is in the crosshairs soon.
